Dreamers & Makers: A Creative Adventure for Creative Kids

Welcome to Dreamers & Makers, a six-week creative adventure designed for kids who love to imagine, explore, experiment, and create!

At Dream Free Art, we believe creativity is about so much more than “making something pretty”. It's about asking questions, trying new things, solving problems, making happy mistakes, and discovering the confidence to say, "I made this!"

That's why Dreamers & Makers isn't your typical art class.

Every week, young creators will dive into a new hands-on experience using a variety of exciting materials and creative processes. From painting and mixed media to sculpture, printmaking, and collaborative projects, every session encourages children to think creatively while having fun in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

Our goal isn't to teach kids to copy art.

Our goal is to help them become confident creators.

What Makes Dreamers & Makers Different?

• Process Over Perfection - There are no perfect examples to copy. Every child is encouraged to explore ideas, take creative risks, and make art that's uniquely their own.

• A New Creative Adventure Every Week - Children will experiment with different materials, techniques, and creative challenges designed to spark curiosity and imagination.

• Build Creative Confidence - We celebrate problem-solving, self-expression, and the courage to try something new.

• Small Groups & Big Encouragement - Our supportive environment helps young artists build friendships while encouraging one another through the creative process.

• Messes Welcome! - Some of the best creativity happens when things don't go exactly as planned and we believe that's something worth celebrating.

The Fall Creative Series

This six-week series is thoughtfully designed to build confidence through creativity while keeping every week fresh, engaging, and full of surprises.

Each session explores one or more of our five creative pillars:

• Explore – Discover new materials, mediums and techniques.

• Experiment – Ask "What happens if...?" and see where creativity leads.

• Imagine – Dream big and create without limits.

• Express – Share ideas, stories, and personal creativity.

• Encourage – Celebrate one another and grow together as a creative community.

Creative Celebration

Instead of focusing on perfect artwork, we'll celebrate creative growth, curiosity, confidence, and the joy of making.

Because at Dream Free Art, creativity isn't about being the best artist in the room.

It's about having the confidence and the freedom to create without limits.

Important Information:

Dreamers & Makers is a drop-off creative program designed for children ages 6 and older. Parents and caregivers are welcome to walk their child into the studio at drop-off and return a few minutes before class ends for pick-up.

Our projects are process-based, which means every child is encouraged to create in their own unique way. Artwork may not always look like a traditional "craft," and that's exactly the point! We celebrate creativity, experimentation, and self-expression over perfection.

Please dress your young artist in clothing that can get messy. While we provide aprons whenever possible, some art materials may stain.

To ensure the best experience for everyone, registration is required in advance as class sizes are intentionally limited. Full Creative Series registrations reserve your child's spot for all six weeks, while drop-in registrations are available only if space remains.

We can't wait to welcome your young creator to Dreamers & Makers!

Note: Limited spots available. Reserve your spot today to embark on this artistic adventure!
